Thanks to all 40 of you who came to our PLAY retreat in Jan. It was a
special time and the amount of work that was created was astounding.
We are set to have PLAY again next January 27-31, 2011. We hope you
can make it. For 2011, it will be more like an artists residency
program where each person that comes will be expected to share what
they do and a few useful techniques (optional) with the group.
However, unlike normal residency programs you do not have to submit
your request to be judged worthy of coming. It is open to anyone who
makes art. Tracy and I will continue to bring half our studio of
supplies to share and let people use as usual, creating an inspiring
work environment to explore new ideas but also do some serious work
within your own styles. I can tell you that I have seen life shifting
work come out of these PLAY retreats for some of our attendees. If
