description

Interested in PMC?  Use your favorite texture patterns in the form of natural, carved and molded objects, and rubber stamps, combining patterns for a pleasing composition to make pieces to use in jewelry and other mixed media projects.  Using a warming tray to speed up the process, I'll show you how to sand and finish your pieces into shapes, attach small details with PMC paste, dry again and fire these in Ultralite Beehive kilns, one of the most economical and versatile kilns available today.  I will introduce the wide range of colors available through the patination process and you can then choose to patina your pieces, or leave them bright and shiny.  You'll be able to make 3 to 8 items with a package of clay depending on size.  Included in the kit will be jump rings and finishing materials for each person and I will also have some stringing options available so you can wear your art right away.
