This class will give you a chance to do some fun reconstruction and altering with a recycled trophy. You can throw in some humor by incorporating a mini blackboard or make it a project for a special person or event.

supply list
- masking tape
- cheap tin foil
- gesso .... 4 oz should do it
- Liquid Nails..if you are not flying
- collage elements
- brushes: 1 for gesso and 1 for detailing
- sandpaper...for roughing up a surface
- Caran d’ Ache or Portfolio Water Soluble pastels
- gel medium ...any kind
- container for water
- ...and a couple trophies
- optional: paint, glitter glue, add-ons like rhinestones, r.s. letters and permanent ink stamp pad, fabric or costume jewelry, hand drill, heat gun and more trophies.
- I will supply: Basic colors in Nova paints, black board paint, drill and other tools, misc. wood and trophy parts, dowels, spray sealer, chalk and more....
- note: Due to flying restrictions getting tougher for luggage, if you are interested in having me bring some of your materials contact me to make arrangements.
I am Syd McCutcheon also known as Sheep Floozy. Mainly I am a painter but do alot of mixed media using fabric, collage and assemblage. For many years my main focus was folk art. I, like many of you, love color. I am also a big fan of having some humor in my work (...with an a.k.a. of “Sheep Floozy” does that surprise you ?).
