description

Make real metal versions of your favorite carved rubber, or wood block stamps.....transform impressions or small objects into metal charms, book closures, buttons or embellishments. We will be making molds of your impressions and using molds we provide for the class.

Low temperature metal technology provides an economic solution to metal casting of small parts for the artist.

This is real metal,no lead, few fumes,....Super fast! This is real metal so if you have favorite jewellery tools(drill, saw, file, bentnose pliers) bring them but not required. We will provide each student with enough material for several small castings as well as the tools to finish them.

A comprehensive handout with suppliers, info, set up tools, techniques is part of your kit fee.
