Graffiti Wallet

Another fun and unique class from Alisa Burke that combines art with fashion! We will spend half the day creating one of a kind painted canvas that combines painting,mark making, messy graffiti techniques, layering and all kinds of unique ways to create color and texture! The second half of the day we will use all of our colorful canvas to create amazing wallets in a variety of sizes that are sure to make head turns. This class will change everything you thought you knew about paint and canvas and leave you inspired!

Supply List:

• 2 yards of raw un-stretched medium weight canvas
• Assortment of paint brushes- small-medium
• At least 4-5 of your favorite colors of acrylic paint
• Water container
• Sharpie pen- Black (and any other colors you prefer)
• Stamps you are comfortable using with paint
• Hand sewing needles
• Sewing machine with heavy duty needles (instructor will have 2 machines to share)
• Thread- your choice of color 1-3 large buttons
• Minwax water based polyurethane-clear semi-gloss
  
  
• Instructor will bring supplies to share- a variety of colors of acrylic paint, spray paint, brushes, assorted stamps, stencils, a sewing machine, etc.
