combines fine art with rubber stamps, hand painted paper and hand cut stencils. A long-time member of the American Watercolor Society, She has painted full time for more than 25 years in Tennessee. Anne has participated in residency programs including Ucross in Wyoming, The Vermont Studio Center and two additional residencies sponsored by the Association of the Visual Arts in Chattanooga, TN. Anne gets a special kick out of facilitating her student’s transition from stamping to a fine art.
