Artfest Annex is located right in the heart of Pioneer Square in downtown Seattle at 89 Yesler Way. The studio is up two short flights of stairs. We have tables and chairs to accommodate 24 students very comfortably with enough room to work. The entire front of the space is covered with windows allowing tons of natural light to pour in. There are plenty of restaurants within the immediate area for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a starbucks right across the street. Parking is generally not a problem as there are lots of spaces along yesler, under the viaduct and at numerous parking lots.
If you are looking for a place to stay we recommend Best Western which is located litterally three doors down from the Annex. If you look them up on Expedia you can usually find good deals through them.
