Annie Lockhart
The artists in this workshop will come away with a personal wall calendar extraordinaire. Creating an 11 x 14 collage as a “base background” the student will then layer “memory” transparencies by rolling the symbolic images and/or words down and across, creating unlimited combos. No month or day will ever look the same again. The transparencies will reflect personal quests, memories, and special dates embracing the life and moments of each individual artists world.
Supply List:
- Watercolor paper
- Acrylic paints and/or watercolors
- Ink jet transparencies
- Symbolic personal images…spend some time on this one…it is what will make your “daily times” yours!
- Stamps and stamp pads
- Permanent pens and markers

Annie Lockhart is a mixed-media assemblage artist, photographer, designer, and author. Annie teaches creative workshops in the United States and soon to be abroad (italy…may 2009!) with a focus on making heart and soul connections through the use of symbolism, memories and metaphors. Her artwork has been featured in national art magazines and found in juried fine art shows throughout the country.
