Home Sweet Home

in this workshop we’ll spend that day creating a house totem, an homage to your home or to the home in your dreams using paints, doodles and collage tecniques. Embellishments will be added with delicate bits of hardware, beads, sequins, etc..... Your finished totem with be a 3D free standing powerful totem for your home infused with your spirit.  I will provide the wood home shape for each student.

Supply List:

• a couple of paint brushes- small and large, a water container for washing brushes & a rag/towel for drying brushes.
• a variety of papers or photos for collage
• a small hammer and small nails no longer than 1”.
• small jar of modge podge, acrylic medium or water based adhesive of your choice
• small selection of acrylic paint for painting background. color is up to you, I will also have a selection of paints available. 
  
  optional embellishment goodies:
• gel pens, beads, glitter. sequins, small screws, small washers, buttons, sea shells, stamps, die cuts.....
