Your photographs, the ones that move you, that resonate for you, hold a message for you written in your own visual language. Those images you have stored on your computer are notes to you from your super creative subconscious self. What are you trying to say? These photos are ripe for exploration! Let’s create a personal set of cards, notes of inspiration and question, drawn from your collected images, adding in quotes, poetry and musings generated by in-class guided exercises and activities. Working with paint, paper, photographs, and text, we’ll scrape, paint, stencil, transfer, mark-make and write our way to an intriguing set of small works.
