Just In Case
Pamela Huntington
Wishing for just a little “case” to call your own?
Imagine a delightful little (10x8x3”) travel
case covered with papers, fabrics and embellished
with ribbons and twill tape to hold all your
special art supplies or a favorite journal, pens and
inks. In this class we will learn to make fabric paper,
using muslin, paper snippets and tissue paper.
A handmade fabric envelope for the inside cover
of the case will be made using fabric and fusible
web. And we will add elastic and ribbon to
hold items in place in the case. And the outside
of the case will be covered with fabrics, papers
and embellishments
As well as the travel case we will cover a
plain journal with a vintage book cover to use
to journal, draw or keep class notes.
