Books Alive
Sas Colby
Come to this workshop with one good idea for a book you want to make.
It could be about a feeling, an object, an event, a place, or a story
you want to tell. You’ll be guided through a series of exercises
exploring ten devices to bring your book to life. Students will
systematically work these devices into their books, answering the
question, “What do I do next?” A lively interactive group process
informs the class. Suitable for anyone with book making experience, and
for those who want to make their books more exciting.
