Build a coffee table visual journal that measures up to 16"x21". The journal cover is made of painted board with a doorway cutout that tips out to expose a personal mantra. Inside the journal is housed painted and stained pages that flip and fold in "non-traditional" ways. Through a series of creative jumpstarts you will be guided to create calligraphic backgrounds, graphic typography collage, lush painted papers, and black and white pages that spill throughout this large format book.  Paint wonderful abstractions of florals integrated with photos to document a recent travel journey or display a collection of personal memories.

• Supply Fee $10 includes: Collage Unleashed aRt! kit of papers & inspiration guide, watercolor paints, misc. tapes, canvas, glitter, mark making tools, sumi ink, prismacolor pencils, gel pens/markers, sand paper, canvas, unmounted stamps and stencils.

• Favorite heavy bodied, fluid and/or ink acrylic colors
• Acrylic glazing medium
• Golden regular gel matte (16oz.)
• Tacky Glue
• Gesso
• 2- USPS priority mail flat rate large boxes
• 5- manila folders
• 10-20-printed photographs (preferably on matte photo paper, I usually print mine at Costco)
• 15-20 sheets of misc. papers up to 12" x18" this is a large journal, so the larger the better (collect things you have in your house like ledger paper, sheet music, drawing, watercolor, craft paper, maps, large desktop calendars, magazines, newspapers, vellum Bristol, wallpaper, rosin, construction)
• 5-10 sheets- 11"x17" Black & white photocopies of images/writing/journal pages/- sharp contrast images work best. TIP: enlarge symbols, letters, words on photocopy machine
• 15- 2-ply white paper towels (Kirkland from Costco)
• 5 - sheets of freezer paper
• Roll of masking tape 2-3" wide or gaffer tape (any color)
• 2" flat brush (hardware store brushes work great)
• 1" flat paint brush
• 2- 1" foam brushes
• Trowel palette knife
• Plastic paint scrapper
• Cutting mat & Xacto Blade
