We’ll take fabric scraps and machine stitch them together in a collage fashion to make a soft, flexible journal cover discussing design and new ideas to push ourselves past the ordinary. Once we’ve made our beautiful base, we’ll embellish it to our heart’s content. Lastly, we will sew in water color paper to complete this wonderful, soft, book. You will leave this class with a completed journal ready to be filled with whatever strikes your fancy, be it visual journaling, family photos and keepsakes, or anything you wish. Completed size is approximately 9 x 12. No previous sewing necessary.
