I like to start with a photo heat transfer and inspirational quote, or fabric element that inspires me. Once that is chosen go through your fabric stash and look for colors, elements or textures that go with your theme. Look for beads, yarns with similar colors. Do you have some 3-d scrapbook supplies you haven’t figured out what to do with like rivets, brads, keys, flowers, etc….bring them as well. Collect a group of elements that go with your theme and quote. We will cover free-motion machine quilting, beading on fabric, composition and color.
