• Suggested things to bring with you:
  • a collection of small things you have that you found while thinking
  • "i KNOW i can make something out of this"
  • digital photographs scanned and/or on a cd
  • a story to tell or a feeling that you would like to express visually
• we will be working with some or all of the following
  • polymer clay
  • mold making (or using some premade)
  • painting and drawing
  • foil sheets
  • epoxy resin
• i will provide an assortment of basic structures to choose from... little mini shelves, doors, hinges, handles, boxes... etc...
• an assortment of plastic, glass, ceramic thrift store finds...
• miniture figurines...
• old magazines to clip from...
• japanese ads!!! (from my trip... i was staying in little tokyo... i went nuts collecting paper ads and hand outs various menus and such... and kept all my candy wrappers that were in japanese!!! im going back 2 more times before artfest... i know where to get the goods... i will have plenty if you are into such things... im crazy about em!)
• a laptop and printer... so you can use your baby pics and wedding pics and vacation pics and such things... without having to shred them for your project... that way too... you can resize them to fit into wherever you want them to fit into
