Doris Arndt

Ebb & Flow

Our lives have an ebb and flow that washes in all kinds of wonderful things.  These add texture to our world.  Layering papers, tape, washers and other found objects we will create rich textured covers that echo this ebb and flow.  We will  paint with abandon the pages for our journal.  Then we'll use the covers as printing plates to add yet more color and interest to our pages.   Decorative paper will be embellished and made into pockets.  The journal is sewn with a simple binding and embellished with silk ribbon and beads and shells and anything else that washes our way.

Please wear clothing suitable for painting.  If you have any questions you may contact me at: thphantom@aol.com.
