Okay, want to take recycling to the next level? After all isn’t the art of assemblage just a creative way to be environmentally conscious. So, instead of collecting all those aluminum cans and hauling them to the recycling center lets turn them into art. That’s right we’ll be using old pop and beer cans and transforming them into little shrines and nichos. Combining these cans with other found objects you’ll use various methods of assemblage, collage and paintings. I guess you could say that you’re turning pop into Pop Culture, or turning libations to creations. By the way, those 16 oz. tall boys work really well for bigger shrines. Cheers.
