We ship all orders USPS Priority or USPS Global Priority. You can expect to receive your order within 10 days of ordering, give extra time if ordering internationally.

Shipping Prices:
USA & Canada: Flat rate of $10 for orders up to $150. Over $150 is free shipping
Global: Flat rate of $20 for any size order.

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

We offer full refunds of any unused items within 30 days of purchase. If you need to return a product or cancel and order send an email to zettioffice@gmail.com regarding the reason for return and we will provide you with further shipping instructions. Shipping is to be paid by the customer unless there is a defect in the product. All refunds will be provided in the same manner of payment as was initially used by the customer.
