Have you ever wanted to be able to mix a color that you have seen somewhere but just didn't know where to begin? Or are you just a color fanatic like me who wants to learn more about what colors work with other colors and the theory behind it? This is the class for you! We will be discussing just about everything there is to know about color, from basic theory, warm vs. cool, relative color, the process of mixing and more. You, through the medium of paint, will explore the possibilities of color mixing and develop your own unique color palettes. You will be encouraged to experiment extensively and understand why some colors with each other while others don’t. You will finish with 3 canvases in three separate palettes of your choosing.
